Every homeowner who contacts Interestnice Pest Control should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If work in your home went wrong, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Know the limits, though. Interestnice Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot issue refunds for a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in California.

We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option.
